Some information about me in relation to both this feud, and my interest in wrestling in general.

How Did I Get Into Wrestling?

Short answer: my friend Mick, and this feud. Mick has been into wrestling since they were a kid, and in early/mid 2025, they got super back into it. Since I hang out with them a lot, I ended up watching some of the matches, and I liked it, casually. Around early September, I started watching Raw with them semi-regularly. As me (and our other friends) started to enjoy it more and more, Mick decided to show us first the Punkintyre feud (which got all of us Way more into it), and then the CMJF feud (which solidified my passing interest into a full-on hyperfixation).

From then on the obsession just mounted and mounted, until now, when it's basically all I can think about. I actively watch WWE and AEW every week (four times a week), we've gotten through a bunch of other older storylines (such as The Shield and the Golden Lovers), and have even been to several live events! There were a lot of things that contributed to my newfound love of wrestling, but CMJF was one of the main inciting incidents, and it'll always be one of my favorite stories/ships.

    • Summary: "It's not, like, illegal to keep tabs on them," Cody says. "No, but it's stupid." Punk pauses, like he's trying to come up with a nicer way to say it, but of course, he doesn't. "Why do you even care?" "You don't get it," Cody grumbles. He sounds like a child and he knows it, but— but Punk doesn't get it, not this part of it, anyway. He never has.
    • Notes: Cody ruminating on his past with the Elite, Punk doesn't help as much as he should. Song is Cereal Material by Gezebelle Gaburgably.

    • Summary: "You can call me Seth if you want," He says at the door, smiling like he's daring Mox to kick him out. Mox doesn't, because he's never really known what's good for him.
    • Notes: Some Moxmatt hookups predicated on the fact that Matt kinda looks and acts like Seth Rollins. Title's a Silent Hill quote.

    • Summary: Kairi Sane would always love Iyo Sky. It was one of those ever-constants, like death and taxes. Just as constant was the fact that Iyo Sky would never forgive Kairi Sane.

    • Summary: Cody is on the verge of snapping after losing his title to Drew. Drew takes the opportunity to remind Cody of who he really is.
    • Notes: This one is just "what if Drew knew about what Cody did in Japan." Song is NEW MAGIC WAND by Tyler the Creator.

  • sugarless - 1/7/26
    • Ship: Iyo Sky/Kairi Sane
    • Word Count: 1,369
    • Summary: This is always as far as it goes. Making out in the backseat of Iyo's car, hands up each other's shirts and down each other's pants, legs tangled until they seize up. Iyo always pulls away before it crosses the arbitrary line between kind-of-cheating on your girlfriend and a secret to take to your grave, but Kairi doesn't know why she bothers—they're well past forgivable, they may as well just fuck each other—but she doesn't push. As empty as this all feels, she'd much rather keep this scab to pick at than let Iyo go for good.
    • Notes: A short Kairiyo (exes) cheating on Rhea/Asuka with each other. Song is Celebrity Skin by Hole.
