Some information about me in relation to both this feud, and my interest in wrestling in general.

How Did I Get Into Wrestling?

Short answer: my friend Mick, and this feud. Mick has been into wrestling since they were a kid, and in early/mid 2025, they got super back into it. Since I hang out with them a lot, I ended up watching some of the matches, and I liked it, casually. Around early September, I started watching Raw with them semi-regularly. As me (and our other friends) started to enjoy it more and more, Mick decided to show us first the Punkintyre feud (which got all of us Way more into it), and then the CMJF feud (which solidified my passing interest into a full-on hyperfixation).

From then on the obsession just mounted and mounted, until now, when it's basically all I can think about. I actively watch WWE and AEW every week (four times a week), we've gotten through a bunch of other older storylines (such as The Shield and the Golden Lovers), and Mick and I even got to see Raw live on January 5, 2026! There were a lot of things that contributed to my newfound love of wrestling, but CMJF was one of the main inciting incidents, and it'll always be one of my (if not the ultimate) favorite stories/ships.
